DESCRIPTION

Overview

Semi-auto gradation powder press machine including pre-mixing, pre-pressing and final pressing modules.

Suited for producing gradation pressed powder products for the eyes and cheeks.

Special mold design to reduce powder loss during production.

Features

1. 4 pcs of powder tanks accommodating power of different characteristics.
2. For final products with more than 4 colors, additional tanks could be applied to the machine.
3. Equipped with automatic ribbon winding system for exhausting during filling.
4. Driven by brake motor, allowing accurate and consistent pressing depth and speed.
5. An average production speed at 3-4 molds per minute.
6. Adopting pressurized cylinder for the final pressing module, reduce noise level to the minimum.
7. Easy changeover for mold and color format.
8. Equipped with a cleaning system, avoiding powder floating during long-period continuous production.
9. User-friendly HMI.
