Functions include filling, auto inserting wipers, wipers detection, auto capping and final products ejection.

With cam-table, easy for manually inserting vials and brushes.

Suited for producing mascaras, concealers, and lip glosses.

1. Equipped with two 15 litre stirring tanks with heat and pressure.
2. Precise piston filling system, 2 nozzles filling two pieces at a time.
3. Equipped with one bowl feeder for automatic wiper insertion.
4. Wiper detection system to ensure no missing parts in the final products.

6. Servo motor driven auto capping system.
