Overview

LSL01 uses piston filling system for precision.

One machine including the complete production flow: preheat, filling, remelting, cooling, and extracting.

 

Features

1. 15L double jacket bulk tank with heating and mixing functions, can set different temperature and mixing speed.
2. Easy to use HMI.
3. Driven by the electric cylinder, filling 1 piece at a time.
4. Using halogen lights for remelting, effectively getting rid of the shrinkage holes.
5. Using a chiller tunnel for the cooling.
6. Filling volume up to 7ml per piece.
